Hi, I’m Michelle.
Over a decade ago, I was a full-time working mom of three young children when I made the decision to go back to school to earn my master’s and Ph.D. in Psychology.
It meant setting my alarm for 3:00a.m. just to study before the rest of the world woke up.
And This is My Story.
Whatever I have done since then in my life, the career that I’ve built, the research studies that I’ve published, the books that I’ve written, it was never the right time for any of it. I did it anyway. Those decisions transformed my life and the way I lead and strategize every day.
Whatever I have learned from research, from working with the world’s top leaders, and from my own life, I share with you, and together, we aim to thrive as leaders and as individuals, in a challenging world that just won’t stop changing.

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO LEAD
YOUR OWN CHANGE."

Why I do this work
After over a decade of researching change and leadership, I have come to the conclusion that knowing how to lead change personally and professionally impacts not only companies-it changes lives. As a behavioral scientist and keynote speaker to the world’s leading brands, my work focuses on team and human transformations that help people adapt and thrive in today’s market and world.
Whether I am giving a change and leadership keynote, an AI adaptation keynote, or an enterprise program that transforms how leaders think, how teams operate, and how organizations execute under pressure. I translate behavioral science into practical strategies leaders can apply immediately reducing resistance, building trust, and increasing readiness in moments of disruption. I do this work because today, more than ever, leaders and teams need the tools to turn uncertainty into action and insight into results.

What I believe
Change is not something that happens to great leaders. It is something they drive.
I believe science only creates impact when it is made simple, and leadership only works when it is deeply human. Everything I have built – my research, my frameworks, my life’s work – is devoted to one thing: helping people and organizations lead with clarity, courage, and confidence.
My bestselling book The 6% Club, now translated into multiple languages, and The Change Doctor’s Playbook for AI Adoption are the embodiment of that belief. Leading change with confidence is not a skill. It is the defining advantage of our time.
